Acceptable but Disappointing
missing kettlehard mattress
The room lacked some expected amenities. There was no kettle available (I really wanted one for tea). The cleanliness wasn't ideal. I noticed some hairs on the floor in the bathroom. The bed was firm. I found the mattress quite hard, made sleeping difficult for me.

I stayed in a Beautiful room, and it was quite spacious and very clean. the hotel is right near the loreto metro station. This made travel simple. the staff was very friendly and helpful with directions, i noticed.
the breakfast was quite basic, and the breakfast room is somewhat small.
